Had an amazing stay with my friends! We enjoyed the onsite truffle event, which was a delicious six-course meal paired with great wines. The location is perfect. we walked to nearby restaurants and loved the great decor and thoughtful touches like free water and fruit. Definitely check out Black Tie Tours for an unforgettable wine experience.
Unfortunately, there was often no one at the front desk. I had to call multiple times to get assistance. When I did interact with staff, they weren't very friendly or professional, which was disappointing.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a two-night getaway in the Deluxe Queen Room. Cozy atmosphere, but both the front desk staff (except Ryan) and the outdated bathrooms need attention. A relaxing outdoor space would enhance the experience, especially with wine in hand! Make sure to ask about the courtyard access.

We had an enjoyable family stay at the hotel. The highlight was the incredible wine tasting experience just a short drive away, which was both educational and fun. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of attractions in the neighborhood for all ages.
My children wanted more food options available around the hotel.

The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious with comfortable bedding and modern furnishings. I loved the upscale bath products and the large windows that let in natural light. Little things like the 4 coffee kcups instead of 2 and that cute fruit basket made a big difference. Staff was responsive, providing extra blankets when asked. Just a heads up, there was road noise from the highway, and sometimes it was hard to find someone at the front desk.
